Built in 1873 in the traditional Lakeland style, built by the Victorians as a gentleman’s residence and became a Guest House in the early 1900’s. Cambridge House is a family run guest accommodation in Windermere offering a superb location in the centre of Windermere.

Centrally located, a minutes walk from all the shops, bars & restaurants and a short walk from the Lake.

They take pride in their warm, friendly atmosphere & home-cooked breakfasts, whether a Full English or Vegetarian breakfast or something from their lighter alternatives, their aim is to give their guests that home from home feel.

All rooms are regularly updated with new TVs featuring Netflix and amazon prime plus much more.
